    • Are looking for care that balances evidence-based psychiatric treatment with psychological depth and curiosity

  • Working together is a reflective and collaborative process that attends not only to symptoms, but also to the broader context of your life, your personal history, cultural background, relationships, and the patterns that shape how you experience the world. My goal is to create a steady, thoughtful space where clinical care and meaningful self-understanding can develop side by side.

Our work may include medication management when appropriate, alongside psychotherapy that allows room to explore emotions, identity, family dynamics, and recurring themes that influence well-being over time. Care is guided by clinical evidence, psychological depth, and an appreciation for the cultural and life experiences that shape each person’s story.

My role is to support clarity, stability, and integration offering care that is individualized, culturally attuned, and grounded in both psychiatric knowledge and thoughtful listening, rather than rushed or one-size-fits-all solutions.

  • Yes. Medication-only visits are available when appropriate. Some individuals prefer to focus primarily on medication management, particularly when treatment goals are clear or symptoms are stable.

  • I require at least 24-hr notice for cancelling appointments. There is a late-cancel/no-show fee of $99.

  • You can reach me anytime via our contact page or email. I aim to respond quickly, usually within one business day.
